La'Die Mansfield

La'Die Mansfield is the founder of Hello Racism and has over 15 years of experience as a community and regional organizer, strategist, journalist, and organizational leader. She supports rural & urban planning, organizational & leadership development, learning, and evaluation while facilitating connections between community economic and social impacts. La'Die works as director of programs for one of the largest Southern Movement Organizations in the South and brings the lens of community empowerment and collective healing to advance family & youth development and racial, economic and environmental justice. She brings a wealth of experience working in Black rural communities to develop and affirm social infrastructure for the responsible sustainability of healthy and thriving communities. As the founder of Hello Racism, La'Die connects her racial justice and African liberation work to her roots in South Georgia and Tennessee.
